Cherry transformed his own life amid a successful career as a major market radio air personality and voiceover artist with Clear Channel and Cox Communications. In 1998, Roscoe purchased his first investment property, armed with the desire to harness a thorough understanding of Real Estate Financing, he soon became a mortgage consultant and ultimately one of the top-producers for one of the nation’s largest Mortgage Bankers.
Now, more than a decade later, he has triumphed as one of the nation’s most prolific Real Estate Trainers and Field Mentors. Cherry has accumulated over 25 million dollars in copies of success checks and testimonials from former students that he has personally trained over the years.
Roscoe has trained New and Experienced Investors from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds including Real Estate Professionals looking to maximize their opportunities in the Creative Real Estate arena. He attributes his success as a Trainer to his ability to truly personalize training.
He has been married to his wife, Lynette, for over 23 years—who is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. They are the proud parents of triplets.
